Prosperity

"You shall remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may confirm his covenant that he swore to your fathers, as it is this day." Deuteronomy 8:18
One thing that I hate seeing in Christianity is complacency and content in many of us is. God gave us more than 8000 promises in his word, there are more than a 1000 of them that are about prosperity. So if that's  the case why do we see many of them suffering or being content in their lives. A. Some are just praying and not taking action. We cant just pray and expect God to do magic, we have to take action and fight for our blessings. B.Some are content and believe they were made to suffer and "get by"  THIS IS WRONG, THIS ATTITUDE IS FROM THE DEVIL. He (Satan) doesn't want us having a great career, he doesn't want our families blessed or blessed in any area of our life.

"Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.” Luke 6:38
Lets use our intelligent faith, if we serve a great God, He promised us great blessings then why should or are some of us living a mediocre life? It's wrong if we are faithful to him, if we give our tithes and offerings then it's God obligation to bless us. Those who are from God, who despise God who some even claim to worship the devil be blessed more than us? No of course not we are his children we are modern day descendants of Abraham. Just as He blessed he Abraham he should bless us also. We have to use our vision, intelligence and faith to conquer to the best!!!!

 
"Then I replied to them, “The God of heaven will make us prosper, and we his servants will arise and build, but you have no portion or right or claim in Jerusalem.”Nehemiah 2:20
Another thing why we don't see the promises of God, is because we are not faithful or put Him as first priority. What I mean is this some Christians don't give their all to God, they don't give tithes or offerings (Which I'll speak about in another blog.) and some are just rebellious to our Lord, so how do you expect God to bless you. Not that I'm cursing you its in the Bible where God said He won't honor the unfaithful, there's even stories of the bible where a couple died because they give what was vowed to God. I'm not saying anyone will die, but if we don't give God what is expected of us. Our prayers will fall on death ears. Be that Christian whose life has flavor not the Christian who lives of the crumbs of this world.

Spiritual Priorities

If you ask me "what's the main principle of being a Christian?" I would tell you it's to put God and the things of God FIRST!!!!!!! But this is the thing that I don't see much of Christians in this era, most of us don't value our spiritual priorities or sadly don't have any. What do I mean by spiritual priorities? It's how we prioritize the things of God and how we serve God in our day to day lives. This is what saddens me, slowly and slowly many Christians put God and their faith as the last thing on their list of priorities. There's always an excuse why we didn't go to church, why we didn't pray, why we don't seek or fast and so on and so on, because we put our lives, the things of this world and our busy schedules before God. Okay it doesn't help that we live in the era of technology and demanding work and commitment schedules in life but surely if we serve a great God surely we can make time for him in a 24 hour day??? The Spirit Of Disobedience

I would say justification of living in sin and when you're living in sin on PURPOSE you are disobeying God.
