We all know the famous verse give to God what's God and Cesar what's Caesars, this verse wasn't only about paying taxes, tithes and offerings but the bit where it says you should give to Caesar what's his, it wasn't only taxes that the verse meant it also could mean honouring those around and anything you have an obligation to. As we must give man what we owe to them.  How do we as God's children honour those around us? Being obedient and giving to family, honouring your friends, honouring your work colleagues and managers, honouring your church, the congregation and the church leaders not only people you should honour, honour your bills, contracts, God cannot honour those who don't honour their earthly obligations as well as our spiritual ones, remember as I always say in these blogs we must be a great testimony to God at all times and through our time on this earth, yes we are not perfect, we fall short at times but God loves a trier.  The reason why it...

As a Christian before the world, the society we have to show a good testimony and a good advert to our family, hence why one of our most important duties is to honour our family.  How does a believer honour their family? Respecting our parents, uncles and aunties, being giving to our siblings, cousins and elders and being loving and kind to them, before anyone in this society our family will know whether we are good Christians or not after all they raised and live with us, even more so we need to be great testimonies by honouring our families.  Not only do we have to honour our family the best thing we can do is bring them to God, remember our family's salvation is in our hands. Yes, we can feed, love, support and care for our families but we also need to be bringing spiritual provision for our family. In this life, we have to honour the vows that we make and declare not only with a man but with God too. God cannot honour someone who doesn't honour others.  A vow can be a contract you signed, a promise you made, something you said you were going to do, as Christians me included we have to learn and master in honouring our vows, God cannot give you a promotion if you cannot give your all in your current role, God cannot honour you with a romantic partner if you can't honour your family and friends. We need to stop making broken promises because not only do we look bad, it blocks our blessings.  There are many stories in the Bible where many heroes of faith broke their vows, some ruined their legacy, some cursed their life.   Y ou don't have some sort of title in your church or respective Christian community to preach. If you're a Christian and desire to bring people to God, then we are ministers by default!!!!!  Yes, we want to be saved and have blessings but one of our main missions as God's Children is to save souls!!! We can do this by inviting people to our church, sharing the gospel or online sermons/Christian content, and this is not a race or the number games I've noticed over the years we've turned into a competition of who brings the most people to church or your church gives some incentive (which my spirit never liked) but it has to be from the heart not because of an incentive or your pastor told you to do it!!!  Make sure we're bringing people to God, especially in these uncertain times where there could be a possible World War, there's a pandemic and all sorts of signs of happening of Jesus's return as it mentions in Revelations .   May God use us like the butlers who serve their employers. May God use us like the army cadets who fights for their regiment.  May God Use us in our finances.  May God use us in our community.   May God use us in our families and friends.  May God use us in our health.
