"Happy New Year" Or Just Another New Year

Image
First of all, before I get down to  business , I would like to start of by thanking everyone who has read my blogs through out this year, this blog page has had over 20, 000 views I really appreciate it, I'm happy that this blog has helped many people. And may the Holy Spirit continue to use me writing blogs and helping & teaching people. I didn't think I would be doing this for long but I did. This year I told God ,when the year started I wanted to be in his presence and be firm in my faith because if not I'll leave the  presence of God and go back to the world  , now I am, I told God to reveal to me what and who is bad for my  spiritual  life so I can cut them or it off and I cut it off. Because I had this revolt that this can not be another year where  spiritually  we're not moving forward. As I said to my  spiritual  advisor, my pastor whom I spoke with today and my fellow Christians in a prayer group chat that I'm in, on What'sApp ,that 2016 has to b

A Letter To The Youth

Image
Dear Christian to youth. To whom this may concern, whether you've been going to church, experienced in the faith or you've recently given your life to Christ at a young age, I write this letter to you. The best time to give your life to God is at your youth, because you'll be destined for a great future believe me, no disrespect to the elderly but God can only do so much with them, compared to a youth who is energetic, lively and  strong, not that I'm saying the elderly people are useless, but once you past a certain age life is over it's better you give your youth now then years later when it's too late! God loves the youth, the youth are the pillars of the church, the backbone of society and the future leaders of tomorrow. It makes my heart so happy seeing young people going in for Jesus, leaving this dead and corrupt world behind. But I'm here to warn you, your life will not be a bed of roses and if God is not in the centre of our lives our life will b

We Must Have The Spirit Of Job

Image
Before you break my neck or you are going to be shocked lol, with what I'm going to say, but God will test us or allow us to go through bad things/times to tests our character. Because it's easy to serve and praise the Lord in happy times but in sad times many where it's very difficult and most give in crawl into a pity of emotions. In the verse above God tested Job and he passed the test with flying colours!!!!! Even when he lost everything his children, his business he even became sick but in midst of all his struggle. He was still firm in his faith and this is how we are meant to be. Crying and being depressed or even being pessimistic is what the devil wants from us, so he can drag us out of the kingdom of heaven. For example I'm pretty sure it was him that was using Job's wife to tempt him to curse God, and Job didn't. Job 2:9-10 spiritually speaking there's many "Job's wife" in our lives there's that friend, colleague or family mem

There's a Difference Between God Understanding and Knowing

Image
"God knows" "God Understands" These are excuses many Christians make when they do not do what is expected or required of them in their faith, and it really jars me to the core, if you don't want to do something then say and own up to it, I'm not just talking about your faith but in all aspects of your life, excuses is another way of the devil distracting you and taking you away from the kingdom of God. It's always "God understands" when we miss a sermon on Sunday, when we fall into sin or when we are being corrected. God knows our situation doesn't mean He understands it, for example He knows that you're tired from that long shift you did at work the night before, it doesn't mean He's going to understand that you used that as an excuse not to pray before you go to sleep or go to church the next day. That's where we have messed up as Christians we confused knowing with understanding. Remember like I said in a blog I wro

Deceit

Image
There is a problem in modern day Christianity, is that they're corrupt prophets, church members and ushers that are deceiving themselves that they are well with in their faith, when in reality they're not. And this is what the devil is using to brainwash many. People deceive themselves that even though they go to church, do many Christian duties plus hold on to the things of the world, that they're right with God when in fact they're not they're far from Him. I was one of those Christians who was  deceived by the devil and my own ignorance. I fell into lust, was rude to my family, was  attached to the things of this world, showed a bad testimony, holding on to my sin, but thought I was well, even deceived my self on more than one occasion that I had the Holy Spirit. LOL how deceived was I, sometimes the devil will tells us "It's okay to miss the sermon today, one won't hurt you always attend" "It's okay to sin, you've been doing

Be Revolted!

Image
Since becoming a Christian, I've learnt that I have to be revolted a angry, Christian, because the devil is lurking ready to destroy me, to destroy you. When you hear the word revolt you think of anger, rage, violence, but the revolt that I'm talking about is the one that Gideon had, when he spoke to God with boldness and asked Him if God was with him then where are his promises and God used him to beat the Medianites, the same revolt David had when he beat Goliath and the same revolt that Abraham to have the child him and his wife Sarah were yearning for. All these men didn't accept their situation, they knew they served God and they knew their rights before God to have a prosperous life. This is the same revolt we need to have, we serve a Great God so we deserve a Great Life!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For too long us as Christians are not seeing the promises of God, because we are too content, too content with the broken down relationship, too content with the dead end job that

Tithe Is A Christian Fundamental

Image
Looooooool it's so funny that many, many Christian fail to follow simple Christian concepts that make and break their spiritual life, from staying pure till marriage, to fasting to even tithing, which I will speak about today, to be fair and brutally honest it even says in the Bible that those that don't give tithes and offering are robbing Him, wow stealing!!!!  Malachi 3:8.  This idea that it's man made and it's a scheme from the church to take your money is complete rubbish and ignorant. IT'S NOT!!!! Tithe is spiritual not physical, it's a sign that whatever money comes into your hand you separate the first 10% and give it to God, that you put Him first.  I've debated with many people, family members about tithing, and what ever they've said to me has come in one ear and out the other, IT IS IN YOUR BIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's in black and white in the scriptures, why would you argue it? If we do not tithe we are robbing God, and that

Christianity And Sadness Don't Mix

Image
I'm going to talk about what most preachers, churches don't talk about in their sermons. In my 10 years of being a Christian I've never heard or seen a pastor talk about sadness, depression and suicide. Well they have but not so much in detail like they do with other topics. Many Christian's are depressed, many Christians deal with deep insecurities, many want to kill themselves as they feel it is the way out of their depression. Well even though it's not talked about much maybe the Holy Spirit has not revealed it to them, I don't know it's not for me to criticise or judge! Even though it's brushed under the carpet in society, then I will speak about it. God did not bring us to be depressed, God did not bring us to suffer sometimes as Christian's we forget there's "test" in "testimony" meaning before we receive heaven in our lives we have to go through hell and tribulations. Notice in the Bible how many times it says &q

14  “Do not let your hearts be troubled.  You believe  in God [ a ] ;  believe also in me.   2  My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there  to prepare a place for you?   3  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back  and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.   4  You know the way to the place where I am going.” Jesus the Way to the Father 5  Thomas  said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?” 6  Jesus answered,  “I am  the way  and the truth  and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me.   7  If you really know me, you will know [ b ]  my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.” 8  Philip  said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.” 9  Jesus answered:  “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father.  How can you

Even God Gives Marks Our Punctuality

“Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.   2  Now five of them were wise, and five  were  foolish.   3  Those who  were  foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them,   4  but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.   5  But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept. 6  “And at midnight a cry was  heard:  ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; [ a ]  go out to meet him!’   7  Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. 8  And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us  some  of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’   9  But the wise answered, saying, ‘ No,  lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’   10  And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. 11  “Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, o
